What is your return policy for fine jewelry?
For non-custom fine jewelry, we offer full refunds or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. If you need to return an item between 10 and 90 days, we offer store credit minus a 50% restocking fee. Please note that all custom jewelry, engraved items, sale items, and watches are considered final sale.
How long does it take to receive a custom or made-to-order piece?
Because we refuse to compromise on quality, all custom and made-to-order items are meticulously crafted in our California workshop and typically ship within 10 to 14 business days. If you are purchasing a standard, in-stock item, it will generally ship much faster—usually within 1 to 5 business days.
Do you offer a diamond upgrade program?
Yes, we do! Natural Diamond Engagement Rings are eligible for our Engagement Ring Upgrade Program. As long as your new diamond is at least twice the price of your original stone, we will give you 100% credit of your original diamond's price to put toward the new purchase.
Do you only repair jewelry purchased from Del Mar Jewelers?
No, we are a full-service jewelry house. Our master jewelers and watch specialists are highly trained to repair, restore, and maintain all types of fine jewelry and luxury timepieces, regardless of where they were originally purchased. From simple ring sizing and watch battery replacements to complex vintage restorations, your pieces are in expert hands.
